Job summary

Upham’s Corner Health Committee is seeking a part-time Call Center Representative Level 1 who will provide excellent customer service to all callers and walk-ins. The representative will handle scheduling, ensure patient identification, and maintain thorough documentation.

Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma, bilingual skills in English and Spanish or Cape Verdean Creole, and previous experience in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a fast-paced, diverse environment.
• Prior call center and health care administrative experience preferred.
• Ability to work with persons with disabilities and seniors.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls including appointment scheduling and triaging patients.
• Greet and direct all customers in the UCHC Lobby.
• Check patients in and out of systems following all protocols.
• Make outbound reminder calls as directed.
