Job summary

Kimball Midwest is seeking a Part-Time Contact Center Associate I for our Columbus, Ohio location. You will provide excellent customer service to sales reps, customers, and internal staff while following company scripts and standards.

The role requires multitasking, accurate information delivery, and effective issue resolution. Office-based in Columbus with a 6:30am–10:30am schedule, Monday–Friday.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, AX, Excel).
• Previous call center or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service for sales reps, customers, and internal staff.
• Adhere to scripts, policies and quality standards.
• Handle high call volume and multitask efficiently.
• Provide accurate information on products, services, policies and procedures.
• Resolve customer issues and escalate complex cases when necessary.
• Enter phoned-in orders and support special-order entry projects.
