Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service for sales reps, customers and staff.
• Adhere to scripts, policies and quality standards.
• Handle high call volume and multitask.
• Provide accurate information regarding products, services, policies and procedures.
• Resolve customer issues and escalate when needed.
• Enter orders by phone and manage special orders.
• Complete monthly call tracking and quarterly time tracking.
• Respond to voicemails, emails, and messages same day.
