Job summary

Kimball Midwest is seeking a full-time Contact Center Associate I for the Columbus, Ohio location. You will deliver excellent service to sales reps, customers, and internal staff, following scripts and quality standards. This role requires on-site work in Columbus and emphasizes accurate order entry and timely communication.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel).
• Ability to communicate professionally in writing and speech.
• Office location in Columbus, OH; on-site role.
• Completion of a 90-day orientation period.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service for sales reps, customers, and internal staff.
• Adhere to company scripts, policies and quality standards.
• Handle high call volume and multitask.
• Provide accurate information regarding products, services, policies and procedures.
• Resolve customer issues and escalate complex cases as needed.
• Enter phoned-in orders and manage special-order entries.
• Perform monthly call tracking.
• Perform quarterly time tracking.
• Respond to voicemails, emails, and Teams messages the same day.
