Job summary

You will help ensure food safety, follow PPE requirements, and work efficiently to meet daily bakery needs. The role requires reading and communication skills and a 60-day introductory period with a strong emphasis on teamwork and reliability.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Valid identification required.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate to perform duties and comply with policies.
• 60-day probationary period required.
• Must meet ergonomic and physical requirements for this position.
• Must be able to use or learn equipment and tools.
• Must perform all job functions safely.
• Must meet performance standards including regular attendance.
• Must wear proper clothing and shoes approved for this job.
• 1 year of work experience or technical training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review the work schedule at the start of the shift and prepare with required PPE.
• Mix frosting, color frosting, make and decorate cakes and cones.
• Take, complete, and store orders in the bakery cooler.
• Clean and sanitize all surfaces, tools, equipment, displays, floors, and counters.
• Track and record loss.
• Demonstrate proper food safety and sanitation habits.
