Job summary

Wildfire Boulder is seeking a part-time Cafe Cook to join the kitchen team. You will support the Executive Chef and assist with cooking, frying, sautéing, and grilling meats, fish, eggs, and vegetables while ensuring cleanliness and safety in the kitchen.

The role requires 1–2 years of high-volume restaurant cook experience, the ability to obtain all required work cards, and strong attention to detail with sound judgment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one to two years cook experience in a high volume restaurant preferred.
• Must be able to obtain all necessary work cards, demonstrate sound judgment and great attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support Executive Chef, Asst. Executive Chef, Room Chef and Asst. Room Chef in cooking, frying, sautéing, carving, broiling, grilling, steaming meats, fish, eggs, vegetables, etc.
• Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area and equipment and uphold safety and sanitation standards.
• Keep cold items stocked and ensure kitchen and equipment are in good working order.
