Qualifications

• 1–2 years cook experience in a high-volume restaurant preferred.
• Must be able to obtain all necessary work cards, demonstrate sound judgment and great attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Directly supports the Executive Chef and other kitchen leads.
• Assists in cooking, frying, sautéing, carving, broiling, grilling, and steaming items.
• Maintains cleanliness, safety, sanitation, and keeps kitchen equipment in good working order.
