Job summary

PROJECT ACCESS is seeking a part-time Business Development Account Coordinator in Orange County, California. The role supports the Director of Business Development with market analysis, lead research, proposals, budgets, and contract development, while handling administrative duties and CRM data entry.

You will assist in evaluating portfolio performance, gathering client feedback, and generating regular reports for internal and external use. This position is hybrid near the corporate office.

Qualifications

• Experience in marketing, business, communications, or related fields.
• At least 1 year in business development, customer service, and client-facing work.
• Experience with Smartsheets or other project management software.

Responsibilities

• Support market research and lead tracking for business development.
• Assist with proposals, budgets, contracts, and stakeholder relations.
• Prepare reports and dashboards for DOBD review.
• Provide general administrative support and CRM data entry.
