Position Overview: Operate the functional areas of the breakfast and evening reception, serving as the first impression and "face" of the restaurant to all guests. Assist in service as needed to ensure smooth operations, maintain a high guest experience, and handle food preparation and service within the kitchen.

Primary Responsibilities

• Greet and engage guests
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast buffet, evening reception, and kitchen areas
• Prepare simple dishes, dressings, and foods according to directions and Hilton standards
• Conduct regular inventory of food and kitchen supplies; order items as necessary
• Maintain a positive attitude focused on guest satisfaction
• Work collaboratively with the hotel team to exceed guest expectations
• Resolve guest complaints promptly and effectively

Qualifications

• Prior food & beverage experience, including cooking
• Positive, guest-focused attitude
• Flexible schedule to work early mornings (5am to 1pm), afternoons (2pm to 9pm), weekends, and holidays
• Ability to read and understand English
• Ability to lift, pull, or carry items weighing 50 pounds or more
• ServSafe and ABC certifications are a plus
