Responsibilities include:

  1. Preparing various meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables, and other food items using recipes with kitchen equipment like broilers, ovens, grills, and fryers.
  2. Ensuring the quality of products served and complying with standard portion sizes, cooking methods, and kitchen policies.
  3. Maintaining sufficient food stock at line stations for smooth service.
  4. Keeping work stations clean and sanitary, including all kitchen equipment.
  5. Following proper plate presentation and garnish setup.
  6. Handling, storing, and rotating products properly.
  7. Completing tasks within designated timeframes.
  8. Assisting in food prep and other duties during off-peak hours.
  9. Opening and closing the kitchen following checklists.
