Job summary

Fairfield Inn Sudbury, a Colwen Hotels Property, is seeking a friendly Part Time Breakfast Attendant to join our team. You will handle the setup and breakdown of the breakfast buffet, maintain the dining area, ensure food is available, and deliver exceptional guest service.

Ideal candidates have previous Food & Beverage experience, strong customer service, and the ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays. We offer a supportive team, competitive hourly pay, and benefits.

Qualifications

• Previous Food & Beverage experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Basic understanding of sanitation regulations.
• Basic understanding of or ability to learn food handling techniques, preparation, and cooking procedures.
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently.
• Organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work with a team.
• Ability to maintain personal hygiene.
• Willingness to work rotational schedule, including early mornings and/or nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prep food offerings, set up food service area.
• Acknowledge and greet guests with a smile and warm welcome.
• Answer questions regarding the menu and maintain knowledge of all food items.
• Adhere to food safety regulations including time/temperature controls.
• Deliver food, beverages, condiments and other items as requested.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, dining and guest areas.
• Set tables and ensure items are clean and in good repair.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
