Fairfield Inn Sudbury, a Colwen Hotels Property, is seeking a friendly Part Time Breakfast Attendant to join our team. You will handle the setup and breakdown of the breakfast buffet, maintain the dining area, ensure food is available, and deliver exceptional guest service.

Ideal candidates have previous Food & Beverage experience, strong customer service, and the ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays. We offer a supportive team, competitive hourly pay, and benefits.

Qualifications

• Previous Food & Beverage experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Basic understanding of sanitation regulations.
• Basic understanding of or ability to learn food handling techniques, preparation, and cooking procedures.

Description

Fairfield Inn Sudbury, a Colwen Hotels Property, isseeking an engaging, friendly, detail-oriented Part Time Breakfast Attendant to join our team. The primary responsibilities of this role include handling the setup and breakdown of the breakfast buffet, maintaining the dining area, ensuring food is available, and delivering exceptional guest service.

General Responsibilities

• Prep food offerings, set up food service area.
• Acknowledge and welcome each guest with a smile, eye contact, and a friendly greeting (use guest name whenever possible).
• Answer questions regarding the menu.
• Maintain knowledge of all food items.
• Adhere to all applicable food safety regulation including correct time and temperature control and HAACP guidelines.
• Delivers food, beverages, condiments, and other requested items.
• Ensure all food products meet specifications, notify management of issues.
• Collect plates and clear table as guests finish their meal.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, dining area, and guest area during shift.
• Adhere to all applicable Colwen and brand standards for food and beverage service and compliance with state liquor policies.
• Maintain knowledge of guest rooms, amenities, features, and services offered at the hotel.
• Clean designated areas in accordance with defined procedures, following proper set up and closing procedures.
• Ensure sideboards are adequately stocked.
• Set tables to standards and ensure that all items are clean and in good repair.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements
