DiBella’s Old Fashioned Submarines, LLC is seeking a part-time Baker Associate who starts early to bake our famed Italian bread and provide friendly service to guests. You’ll follow the bread manual, manage daily bake quantities, and assist with deli prep and customer orders.

• Provide excellent, friendly, upbeat customer service while preparing and serving a wide variety of food items.

Responsibilities

• Bake the best bread using the DiBella’s Bread Manual procedures.
• Follow the locations par list for daily bake quantities.
• Keep bakery clean and organized; report equipment deficiencies.
• Utilize safety equipment to ensure crew and guest safety.
• Prepare and serve menu items according to portion guidelines.
• Set up deli products (cheeses, meats, breads, condiments, sauces, napkins).
• Prepare hot and cold sandwiches per customer request.
• Maintain cleanliness of grills and deli counter; manage shift duties.
• Develop pace to handle heavy rushes; comply with Health Department regulations.
