You will follow the Bread Manual, keep the bakery orderly, and support a team during busy periods. This full-time role offers growth, weekly pay, and benefits.

Qualifications

• Punctuality is essential for early-morning baking duties.
• Excellent customer service skills to engage guests while preparing/baking items.
• Team-oriented with the ability to support the bakery during busy periods.

Responsibilities

• Bake the best bread following the DiBella’s Bread Manual.
• Follow the locations par list for daily baking targets.
• Keep the bakery clean, organized, and report equipment deficiencies.
• Utilize safety equipment to protect crew and guests.
• Prepare and serve menu items per portion guidelines.
• Set up deli products (cheeses, meats, breads, condiments, sauces, napkins).
• Prepare hot and cold sandwiches on request.
• Provide friendly, upbeat customer service at all times.
• Maintain cleanliness of grills, deli counter, and surrounding areas.
• Develop a pace that handles heavy rushes.
