Job summary

AEO is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador in Bristol, TN to bring the brand to life in-store and deliver an exceptional shopping experience. You will be the face of the brand, enthusiastic about AE and Aerie products, and dedicated to building loyalty with every guest.

You’ll use the AE Selling Model, assist across zones, and promote the loyalty program while upholding company values and policies. This position emphasizes energy, guest focus, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Must love interacting with people and be energetic.
• Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Retail experience preferred.
• At least 16 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AE selling approach to help them find what they want.
• Educate guests about AE & Aerie products and make thoughtful recommendations.
• Introduce the AE loyalty program and brand channels to guests.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns promptly while following company policy.
• Be a team player and support store colleagues.
