OFFLINE by Aerie in Knoxville, TN is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring the brand to life and provide every guest with an amazing shopping experience.

You will use the AEO Selling Model, educate guests on AE and Aerie products, and promote the loyalty program while flexing across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom. Embrace our brand values and contribute to a team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Available evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Passion for AE and Aerie products.
• Retail experience preferred.
• At least 16 years old.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find products.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and suggest suitable items.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and brand channels.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
• Support the team to get the job done.
• Uphold brand integrity and adhere to policies.
