Job summary

AEO is seeking a Part-time Brand Ambassador in Farmington, CT. You will be the face of the brand, creating an amazing shopping experience and building loyalty with every guest. You love AE and Aerie products and will share the brand love with customers daily.

Role requires energizing interactions, teamwork, and adaptability across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, fitting room and stockroom. Paid time off and employee discounts are among the benefits.

Qualifications

• You must enjoy interacting with guests and be a true people person.
• You bring energy and can multitask in a fast-paced retail setting.
• Experience in retail is preferred but not required.
• You are passionate about AE and Aerie products.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model to help find what they need.
• Educate guests on product details and make fitting recommendations.
• Introduce the loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• Flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns proactively while following policy.
• Support teammates and contribute to a positive store environment.
