You’ll adapt across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom while staying true to the brand and policies. The role emphasizes teamwork, energy, and guest satisfaction in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal skills to engage with guests.
• Ability to learn product details and convey them clearly.
• Comfort promoting loyalty programs and brand channels.
• Flexible to move across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and deliver a welcoming shopping experience.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and make tailored recommendations.
• Promote the AELOYALTY program and other brand channels to guests.
• Move across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
• Support teammates to achieve store goals and deadlines.
• Uphold company policies and standards with integrity.
