Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters, Inc. is seeking a part-time Sr Brand Ambassador in Altoona, PA. You will bring the brand to life daily, delivering an amazing shopping experience and helping guests feel welcome and cared for.

You’ll educate guests on AE & Aerie products, guide styling decisions, and introduce the loyalty program. The role requires energy, strong people skills, and flexibility across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, fitting room and stockroom.

Qualifications

• You love interacting with people and creating a friendly shopping experience.
• You are energetic and can juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced store.
• You are available to work evenings, weekends and holidays to support store needs.
• You love AE and Aerie products and enjoy helping guests find the right items.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model to help find products.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and offer fitting room and styling guidance.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to customers.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, fitting room and stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns while following company policy and procedures.
• Work as part of a team to ensure smooth store operations and guest satisfaction.
• Maintain integrity and adhere to AEO policies at all times.
