Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador in Pottstown, PA. You will bring the brand to life in-store, provide guests with an exceptional shopping experience, and represent AE values while sharing product knowledge.

Responsibilities include engaging customers, promoting AE & Aerie products, and helping guests join the loyalty program. You will work across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, fitting room and stockroom as needed, with evenings and weekends common in retail roles.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model and help them find products.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and suggest suitable items.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and brand channels to guests.
• Flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns while following policy with a proactive mindset.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve store goals.
• Maintain integrity and adhere to AEO policies.
