Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters in Lone Tree, CO is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring the brand to life and deliver an amazing shopping experience. You will be the face of the brand, passionate about AE & Aerie products, and eager to build loyalty with every guest.

You’ll engage guests with the AE Selling Model, educate on product details, and promote the loyalty program. Expect a fast-paced retail environment with opportunities to work across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, fitting rooms and

Qualifications

Must enjoy interacting with guests and provide excellent service.
Willing to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
Retail experience preferred.
Able to learn AE Selling Model and brand basics.

Responsibilities

Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find what they need.
Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and suggest suitable items.
Introduce the AEO loyalty program and brand channels to guests.
Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
Proactively resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
Be a team player and support fellow associates to get the job done.
Adhere to AEO policies and maintain integrity in all actions.
