Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters is seeking a part-time Sr Brand Ambassador in Colorado to deliver an exceptional in-store experience. You’ll be the face of the brand, educating guests on AE and Aerie products and driving loyalty programs while maintaining store standards and teamwork.

The role requires energy, strong people skills, and availability during evenings, weekends, and holidays. You’ll work across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, fitting rooms, and stockroom to ensure a seamless guest journey.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills for guest interactions.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Experience in retail preferred, especially fashion brands.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model to help find products.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and make tailored recommendations.
• Promote the AE loyalty program and brand channels to guests.
• Flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns promptly while following company policy.
• Support the team and contribute to store goals and scheduling.
