Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. in Concord, NC is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring the brand to life and deliver an amazing shopping experience for every guest.

You will learn the AE Selling Model, educate guests on products, and promote the loyalty program while flexing between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, fitting rooms and stockroom. Availability on evenings, weekends and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail settings is preferred.
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to interact with guests and provide excellent service.
• Must be at least 16 years old.

Responsibilities

• Use the AEO Selling Model to engage with every guest and help them find exactly what they are looking for, with a friends-first mindset.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and offer fitting suggestions.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to policy.
• Be a team player and assist the team to get the job done.
• Adhere to AEO policies and procedures.
