Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters in Concord, NC is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring our brand to life in-store. You will greet guests, share product knowledge, and guide shoppers to items that fit their needs, while promoting the AE/Aerie loyalty program and channels.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find products.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and suggest fitting options.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and brand channels to guests.
• Flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
• Collaborate with team to achieve store goals and maintain high service levels.
