Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. seeks a part-time Brand Ambassador in Wilmington, NC to bring our brand to life daily. You will deliver an amazing shopping experience, educate guests on AE & Aerie products, and promote the loyalty program while representing the brand with pride.

You can work across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed, ensuring guest satisfaction and adherence to company policies. This role emphasizes in-store customer service and brand advocacy.

Qualifications

• You love interacting with people.
• You are energetic and can handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• You are available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays when guests shop.
• You love AE and Aerie products.
• You have worked in retail before.
• You are at least 16 years of age.

Responsibilities

• You use the AEO Selling Model to engage with every guest to help them find exactly what they’re looking for, and you do so with a “friends first” mindset.
• You are passionate about AE & Aerie product and educate guests on product details, making product suggestions to fit their needs.
• You introduce the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels to guests.
• You can work in any zone: Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom, depending on needs.
• You proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy.
• You assist your team as needed.
• You act with integrity and follow AEO policies and procedures.
