Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters in Charlotte, NC is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring the brand to life in-store. You will provide an exceptional shopping experience, educate guests on AE and Aerie products, and promote the loyalty program while representing the brand with enthusiasm.

You’ll need energy to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, with availability during evenings, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• You love interacting with people.
• Available to work evenings, weekends & holidays.
• You’ve worked in retail before.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find products.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and make tailored recommendations.
• Introduce the AE loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy.
