American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador in Myrtle Beach to bring our brand to life and deliver an exceptional shopping experience for every guest.

You love interacting with people, stay energized in a fast-paced retail environment, and will educate guests about AE and Aerie products while promoting our loyalty program.

You’ll flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom, resolve guest concerns, and uphold store policies with integrity and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Love interacting with people and delivering great service.
• Able to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Retail experience a plus.
• At least 16 years old.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find products.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and offer tailored suggestions.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and brand channels.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom.
• Resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
• Collaborate with team to get the job done.
• Uphold integrity and adhere to AEO policies.
