Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters, Inc. is seeking a part-time Sr Brand Ambassador in Myrtle Beach, SC. You will bring our brand to life in-store, delivering an amazing shopping experience and representing our company values with your REAL self every day.

You’ll engage guests, educate them on AE and Aerie products, and promote the loyalty program. You will work across the Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, fitting room and stockroom while maintaining high standards of service and integrity.

Qualifications

• You love interacting with people and can engage guests in a friendly, helpful manner.
• Familiarity with retail selling models and loyalty programs is a plus.
• Able to adapt to fast-paced shifts and multi-task across store areas.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find products.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and make relevant recommendations.
• Promote the AE loyalty program and other brand channels to customers.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns quickly while adhering to company policy.
• Support team goals and contribute to a positive store environment.
