Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. in Charleston, SC is seeking a part-time Sr Brand Ambassador to turn shoppers into loyal fans. You will create exceptional in-store experiences, share brand values, and represent the company with your authentic self every day.

You’ll educate guests on AE & Aerie products, explain the loyalty program, and move seamlessly across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom while staying energetic in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must love interacting with people.
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• At least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find the right products.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and make suitable suggestions.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• Flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy.
• Work as a team to support store operations.
