Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. in Myrtle Beach is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring the brand to life for every guest. You’ll deliver an amazing shopping experience, educate customers on AE and Aerie products, and promote the loyalty program with a friendly, energetic approach.

You’ll flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed, solving guest issues while upholding company policies and delivering friendly service. Prior retail experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• You love interacting with people.
• Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Experience in retail is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model with a friends-first mindset.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and make tailored suggestions.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels.
• Flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns proactively while following policy.
• Be a team player and support store colleagues.
• Maintain integrity and adhere to AEO policies.
