Job summary

AEO is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador at Natick Mall in Natick, MA. You will bring our brand to life, delivering an amazing shopping experience and proudly representing our company values to every guest.

You will engage guests using the AEO Selling Model, educate them on AE and Aerie products, and suggest items that fit their needs. You’ll promote the loyalty program and switch between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, fitting room and stockroom as needed, all while upholding store policies.

Qualifications

• You love interacting with people.
• You’re energetic and can multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• You’re available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• You love AE and Aerie products.
• You’ve worked in retail before.
• You’re at least 16 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find exactly what they’re looking for, with a friends-first mindset.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and make recommendations to fit their needs.
• Share the brand love by introducing the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while sticking to company policy.
• Be a team player and support your teammates.
• Uphold integrity and adhere to AEO’s policies and procedures.
