The role focuses on delivering a personalized shopping experience, learning product knowledge, and supporting team collaboration to meet monthly and quarterly sales plans.

Qualifications

• Retail experience or similar industry preferred.
• Ability to effectively communicate with customers and store personnel.
• Ability to maneuver around the sales floor, stock/dressing room, cash wrap and office; lift up to 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provides excellent customer service, ensuring a customer-first mindset.
• Meets or exceeds individual KPI (SPH, data capture) and uses tools to drive performance.
• Supports floor sets, replenishment, and store operations.
• Balances tasks while prioritizing the RL experience.
• Maintains store standards and visual presentation.
