Job summary

AEO is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador at the Promenade at Briargate in Colorado Springs. You will bring the brand to life, delivering an amazing shopping experience and representing our values with authenticity.

You will educate guests on AE & Aerie products, promote the loyalty program, and flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom. You’ll solve problems, work with the team, and uphold store policies.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer-facing roles preferred.
• Available evenings, weekends and holidays.
• At least 16 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find what they need.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and make fitting recommendations.
• Promote the AE loyalty program and other brand channels.
• Flexible across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns proactively while following company policy.
