Job summary

AEO Mall of America is seeking a part-time Sr Brand Ambassador to bring our brand to life in Bloomington, MN. You’ll provide guests with an amazing shopping experience, educate them on AE & Aerie products, and represent our company values with integrity.

You’ll flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom, build loyalty through the AE loyalty program, and resolve guest concerns while following policy.

Qualifications

Experience in retail is preferred.
Available evenings, weekends and holidays.
At least 18 years old.
Passionate about AE & Aerie products.

Responsibilities

Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model.
Educate guests on product details and make suggestions.
Introduce the AE loyalty program to guests.
Flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom.
Resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
Collaborate with teammates to get the job done.
