AEO is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador in Mankato, MN to bring our brand to life in-store and deliver an exceptional shopping experience. You will educate guests on AE & Aerie products, share brand love, and participate in loyalty programs while remaining flexible across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom.

Ideal candidates are energetic, people-oriented, with retail experience and availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays. 16+ age required.

• You can juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced store environment.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find what they need.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and suggest options.
• Introduce the AE loyalty program and other brand channels.
• Switch between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns in line with company policy and be a team player.
