Job summary

AEO Inc. is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring our brand to life in-store at Franklin Park Mall. You will greet guests, educate them on AE and Aerie products, and drive loyalty through our rewards program, all while delivering an engaging shopping experience.

Ideal candidates are energetic, customer-focused, and comfortable working evenings, weekends and holidays in a fast-paced retail environment. Prior retail experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• You love interacting with people.
• You're energetic and can handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• You're available to work when guests shop (evenings, weekends & holidays).
• You love AE and Aerie products.
• You’ve worked in retail before.
• You’re at least 16 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AE Selling Model to help them find products.
• Educate guests on AE and Aerie products and suggest items to fit needs.
• Introduce the AE loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• Work across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns promptly while following company policy.
• Support the team and contribute to a collaborative environment.
• Uphold integrity and adhere to AEO policies and procedures.
