American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is looking for a part-time Sr Brand Ambassador in Eden Prairie, MN. In this role, you'll provide an exceptional shopping experience and promote brand loyalty while engaging with customers. Key responsibilities include utilizing the AEO Selling Model to assist guests, educating them on products, and promoting loyalty programs. Ideal candidates are energetic, enjoy working with people, and are available during peak shopping times. Experience in retail is preferred, and a passion for AE & Aerie products is a must.

Qualifications

• You've worked in retail before.
• You're at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Use the AEO Selling Model to engage with guests.
• Educate guests on product details and make suggestions.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program to guests.
• Flex between Sales floor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy.
• Assist your team in getting the job done.
