Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring our brand to life in Miller Hill Mall, Duluth, MN. You will provide guests with an exceptional shopping experience and represent our values every day.

You will educate guests on AE and Aerie products, promote the loyalty program, and flex across salesfloor, cash wrap, fitting room and stockroom to meet guest needs. AEO offers discounts, development opportunities, and a dynamic team environment.

Qualifications

• You love interacting with people.
• You can handle a fast-paced environment and multitask.
• Retail experience is a plus.
• You are at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find products.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and suggest items to fit needs.
• Introduce the AE loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• Move flexibly across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom.
• Resolve guest concerns proactively while following company policy.
• Be a team player and support the store team to get the job done.
