Job summary

American Eagle is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador at Cherry Hill Mall to bring the brand to life for every guest. You’ll deliver an amazing shopping experience and proudly represent AE & Aerie, educating guests about products and loyalty programs.

You’ll work across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom, stay energetic in a fast-paced environment, and uphold brand standards while delivering friendly, personalized service.

Qualifications

• Love interacting with people in a fast-paced retail setting.
• Energy to handle multiple tasks during busy shifts.
• Availability during evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Passion for AE and Aerie products.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Must be at least 16 years old.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find products.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and suggest fits.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and brand channels to guests.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy.
• Support the team and contribute to store goals.
• Uphold integrity and brand standards at all times.
