AEO's Aerie Brand Ambassador role in Deptford Mall is a part-time position focused on delivering an exceptional shopping experience. You will represent the brand, educate guests on products, and participate in loyalty programs while maintaining store standards.

You'll flex across sales floor, cash wrap, fitting rooms and stockroom, staying energetic and guest-focused to drive brand loyalty. Must be 18+, able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and brand channels.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, fitting room and stockroom.
• Resolve guest concerns promptly while following policy.
• Collaborate with team to get the job done.
• Represent the brand with integrity and professionalism.
