Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador in Gurnee, IL. You will embody the brand, deliver an excellent shopping experience, and build brand loyalty with every guest while representing AE and Aerie products.

Role requires energy, strong guest interaction, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Prior retail experience is a plus, and you must be at least 16 years old.

• Experience in retail preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find what they need.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and suggest items to meet their needs.
• Introduce guests to the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels.
• Move across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns proactively while following company policy.
• Be a team player and assist the team to get the job done.
• Uphold integrity and adhere to AEO policies and procedures.
