Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador at Gurnee Mills to bring the brand to life for every guest. You’ll educate customers on AE & Aerie products, promote loyalty programs, and move seamlessly between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, fitting room and stockroom to ensure an exceptional visit.

You’ll thrive in a fast-paced retail environment, connecting with people, delivering great service, and embodying our REAL values with energy and enthusiasm.

Qualifications

• You love interacting with people.
• You can handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• You are available to work when guests shop (evenings, weekends & holidays).
• You love AE and Aerie products.

Responsibilities

• Use the AEO Selling Model to engage with guests and help them find what they want.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and suggest solutions.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
• Be a team player and support your colleagues to get the job done.
• Uphold integrity and adhere to AEO policies and procedures.
