Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a Part-time Brand Ambassador in Aurora, IL to bring the brand to life and provide customers with an amazing shopping experience.

You will be the face of our company, passionate about AE & Aerie products, and dedicated to building brand loyalty with every guest. You’ll use the AEO Selling Model to engage customers, educate them on products, and promote the loyalty program while flexing across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom.

Qualifications

• You love interacting with people.
• Available to work evenings, weekends & holidays.
• You’re at least 16 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find what they need.
• Educate customers on AE & Aerie products and suggest suitable items.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
• Be a team player and support store teammates.
