American Eagle Outfitters in Littleton, CO is seeking a part-time Sr Brand Ambassador to deliver an exceptional shopping experience. You will be the face of the brand, energized to educate guests on AE & Aerie products and enroll them in loyalty programs.

You'll move across sales floor, cash wrap, fitting room and stockroom with a friendly, proactive attitude, while upholding company policies and standards.

Qualifications

• Must enjoy interacting with customers.
• Retail experience is preferred.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests to help them find products using a friendly, 'friends first' approach.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and suggest items that fit their needs.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and brand channels to guests.
• Flex between sales floor, cash wrap, fitting room and stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns promptly while following company policy.
