Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador in Loveland, CO. You will provide an engaging shopping experience, educate guests on AE and Aerie products, and promote the loyalty program while representing the brand with energy and integrity.

Flexibility to move between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom is required, with a focus on delivering exceptional service and teamwork in a fast-paced retail setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide an amazing shopping experience for every guest using the AEO Selling Model.
• Educate guests on product details and make recommendations.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and brand channels.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns promptly while following company policy.
• Be a team player and support store goals.
• Uphold company policies and procedures with integrity.
