Job summary

AEO Inc. in Lynchburg, VA seeks a part-time Sr Brand Ambassador to bring our brand to life in-store and deliver an amazing shopping experience. You are the face of AE and Aerie, passionate about products, and skilled at building brand loyalty with every guest.

You’ll work across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom while using the AEO Selling Model to help guests, educate them on product details, and introduce our loyalty program. Your energy and integrity define the role.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail with guest engagement and friendly service.
• Able to educate guests about AE & Aerie products and loyalty program.
• Flexible to work across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, fitting room and stockroom.
• Uphold brand values and adhere to company policies.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model to understand their needs.
• Educate guests on product details and make recommendations.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and brand channels to guests.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while following policy.
• Support team and contribute to store goals.
