Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. seeks a part-time Brand Ambassador in Houston to bring our brand to life every day. You’ll create an amazing shopping experience, help guests find exactly what they want, and proudly represent AE and Aerie products.

You’ll engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model, educate them on product details and the loyalty program, and flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom while resolving guest concerns with integrity.

Qualifications

• Previous retail experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work evenings/weekends.
• Must be at least 16 years old.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find what they’re looking for.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and make fitting recommendations.
• Introduce the AE loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• Flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns proactively while adhering to company policy.
• Be a team player and support the store team in achieving goals.
• Demonstrate integrity by following AEO policies and procedures.
