Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador in Cedar Hill, TX to bring our brand to life and create an amazing shopping experience. You’ll engage guests, educate them on AE & Aerie products, and promote our loyalty program while flexing across store areas.

The role requires energy, strong guest service, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Prior retail experience is preferred, and eligibility begins at age 16.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and suggest fits.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and brand channels.
• Flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom.
• Resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
• Be a collaborative team member and support store goals.
• Uphold company policies and procedures.
