Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring our brand to life in our Towson, MD store. You’ll provide every guest with an amazing shopping experience, represent the brand values, and bring your REAL self to work daily.

You’ll engage guests using the AEO Selling Model, educate them on AE and Aerie products, and introduce loyalty programs. This role requires energy, strong people skills, and availability during evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must enjoy interacting with people and delivering a positive shopping experience.
• Experience in retail is preferred but not required.
• Availability for evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Passion for AE and Aerie products and brand values.
• Minimum age of 16 years old.

Responsibilities

• Use the AEO Selling Model to engage guests with a friendly, 'friends first' approach.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and suggest fit options.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• Flexibly switch between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom.
• Resolve guest concerns proactively while following policy.
• Support team to complete tasks and maintain store operations.
• Adhere to AEO policies and procedures.
