Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador in Hickory, NC. You will bring the brand to life by delivering an amazing shopping experience, showcasing AE and Aerie products, and building loyalty with every guest.

As a brand ambassador, you’ll engage guests using the AEO Selling Model, educate them on product details, and help them find exactly what they need. This role demands energy, a smile, and a positive, team-oriented attitude.

Qualifications

• Must love interacting with people and be energetic.
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Age 16 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find exactly what they're looking for.
• Educate guests on product details and suggest items to fit their needs.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and brand channels to guests.
• Flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
• Support teammates and contribute to a positive store environment.
• Adhere to AEO policies and procedures.
